Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (such as a different model or size), please initiate a return following the steps outlined above. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the original product and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@guardedservice.shop with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable.
  2. We will confirm if your product is eligible for a return and provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the product securely, including all accessories and original packaging.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
