- Eligibility: You may return the product within 10 days of receiving it if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products, are not eligible for returns. Please contact us to verify if your product qualifies for a return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@guardedservice.shop with your order details, including the order number, reason for return, and any photos of the product if applicable.
- Return Shipping: If the product is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Policy

- Partial Refunds: If the product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. This will be communicated to you prior to processing the refund.
- Non-Refundable Situations: Certain situations where a full refund may not be provided include:
- Products not returned in their original packaging
- Products showing signs of damage or tampering
- Returns initiated beyond the 10-day window
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (such as a different model or size), please initiate a return following the steps outlined above. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the original product and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
